On filling-up online/registration forms with personal information

So, do you fill-up online/registration forms with your correct personal information such as birth date, maiden name, telephone number etc.? considering the widely known fact that phishing is now very active, where your sensitive personal information can get stolen and be used to rob your privacy, and worst, your online financial accounts.

well on email id i just give my name. or little more informatiuon. i donot like to give more to them . because i thinks by our full personnal information they arenot going to give any award .so that's why.

I don't fill up informations asking about my telephone numbers and my personal accounts. But I do fill up my name maiden names, birthdate correctly. :)
