These two seem to be really hot for each other, she just can't commit. It just seems to be a ridiculous dance that plays out week-by-week. I am just about sick of it. Either put them together and change Meredith's character or end it. I have been watching the show for everyone else. I am really tired of Meredith. Maybe they need to let her really drown and let her half-sister become the "Grey" in Greys Anatomy.

I completely agree. I can't believe that after 3 years of build up Meredith and McDreamy can finally be together and then she is suddenly unsure about what she wants. This show is starting to get stupid and I hope they don't do to it what they did to Desperate Housewives.

Even though I hate seeing them go back and forth I think it just makes it more realistic. They give her real problems and not a happily ever after thing. Just like with Izzy and George it was supposed to be their special night and she ruins it by crying her eyes out and only shaving one leg.

From the looks of the previews, mcdreamy is going to start dating other women. In last weeks show Meredith seemed to be trying to heal herself. She dealt with her mothers ashes and I think is making an effort to be able to commit. I agree with you though. I don't like this inbetween stuff. Every time you think they are going to be happy and together, something wedges them apart.

Unfortunately, it looks like the show based a lot on the relationship of these two and now they just don't know what to do with it and can't come up with anything else that works either. They keep having to resort to far out medical cases to have anything at all. The new heart doctor is basicaly playing almost same character she played on "Crossing Jordan" except now she is a heart surgeon instead of a coroner.

I don't know how long I'll watch the show if they keep this ping-pong match up. I'm tired of the back and forth. They can create drama in other ways than "Will Mer and Der be together or not?" Plus, I hate the George/Izzie relationship. I'd rather they tried to see how it worked with them as friends and him married... because that's not something easy to do IRL and would create plenty of drama for the show.
