I have insomnia so i cant really sleep more at night which really affects me. I dont know when this started but as far s i know its started every time i m stress or if i worry to much. Due to problems and lot of thinking that causes me to sleep very late. I usually fall sleep when its morning and i wake up at noon which shows i have only little hours of sleep. It really bothers me because it might affect my health.

I would love to sleep 8 hours whenever I sleep. But I don't have the habit of sleeping at nights. I sleep only at 3 in the morning and wake up at 11:00.

I need about 5 to 6 hours of sleep and will only wake up after 7.30am, nothing earlier than that else will be very tired for the rest of the day and I will look very sleepy, thus could not focus on the things that I am doing.
I am more a night person; I do not sleep until it passes midnight every night. I might doze off at 10 of 11 pm but will wake up again, and I am wide awake between 12am and 2am.

I feel tired and become sleepy sometime between 10 pm to 12 midnight. I had a habit of watching the TV before going to bed and mostly I fall sleep while the TV is on. My partner wakes up and turn it off for me. I usually sleep 6 hours before I wake up earlier the following day to do my daily exercises.

I would love to be able to sleep for a full 8 hours each night but I forgot what sleep is! My daughter was born 2 months ago, so I'm pretty much on a limited schedule. It was easier with my first daughter because I could sleep whenever she did but now I have a 2 month old and an 18 month old. So, I just sleep whenever I can and I really look forward to my youngest sleeping through the night!
