Should I seek other advice?

I have been off from work for the past 6 months with this stomach problem that my primary doctor has never yet diagnosed from day one. Every time I visit his office and shell out my co-payment plus what ever drug he prescribes for diabetes (which I did not go in for) he just shrugs it off like it is not the reason I am there for. I have 1 to 2 days a week that I feel better and then it flares up again and I have to go back to eatting a bland diet. I saw his new PA the other day as I fell very sick and he took x-rays - blood work - amoung other tests - He was the one that placed me on the bland diet ( they call it the BRAT diet) and told me to stay on it for 2 days. I did this and got to feeling alot better until the day that I could eat regular food again. Now I am back to the way I was before. Should I seek a new doctor for this problem or stick with the one I have? My primary doctor has to release me to go back to work any ways and so I will still have to go and see him. Any advice would be of help. thanks and hugs
