i dont have that experience but youtube without sound isnt the samething!!!

I'm glad you started this because it's also my problem for several weeks now and haven't solved it yet. I had asked friends this same question. Some said for me to check the speaker, adjust the volume and update the Java thing. I did all that. But honestly, i'm not a computer whiz so i doubt it myself if i have done it correctly. I'm hoping we both learn something out of the responses here. Thanks!
