Fatal Frame 1,2 & 3

i played fatal frame 2 and 3, I want to play fatal frame 5 i wish they release it on nintendo switch.

There is one similarity in the story that I found out through playing FF1 2 and 3... and that's the villain or the main ghost... They are all er.. psycho/freaky girl that follows you til you fight them. I really agree that this is the scariest game.

hmm... its not that scary. but i like fatal frame 1, 2 and 3 the most. its addicting to me. well, i heard that fatal frame 4 is released. i wanna play that game, but its for wii console and i only have ps2. how sad...

hey this post is 1yr ago. Ah well i'm gonna post something anyway. I played FF3 first and I felt that it was very difficult to get through each section cause I kept missing the ghosts. I was following a guide and i wanted to play it to perfection. It's tedious to have to reload the game repeatedly to ensure i capture those ghosts and get enough points later on for camera parts. FF2 is easier and I had much more fun completing it. I like the storyline about twins and sacrificial rituals and the atmosphere in Fatal Frame is always great. The FF series is definitely the scariest survival horror game out there but too bad FF4 has to be on Wii. I think it should at least be available on ps3.

This game is the only one that gave me nightmares every night. It has the best horror concept, which are GHOSTS. Of course, those who already saw one will be scared from it as we already know Ghosts really DO exists. It may also has a funny weapon, which is a camera but once you're playng the game, it doesnt matter anymore.. The camera itself gives the horrifying part of the game (Just imagine yourself taking a close picture of a ghost.) Overall, the game is fun to play, good for people who are seeking real horror games...

its the best game in all times haha my favorite is fatal frame 3 and its fun to finish it every time specially if you finish all missions in rank S you will get the festival mode and its super cool but sadly my data has been formatted and its so damn hard to finish it again wahhhhhhhhhh

Well, you hit the nail right on the head, this is my favorite scary game of all time. My favorite of the series is fatal frame 2: crimson butterfly. It's also one of the first I played when i got my ps2. And it was the first one of the series I played too. I played the first one after I finished the second one. I guess for me ghosts are more scary than zombies or aliens or weird creatures that you have to shoot. The storyline is absolutely genius and the way of defeating the ghosts by the use of the camera obscura, is just the best idea ever. This game has one of the best settings for a horror game, the best graphics for the ghosts and the environments, and does the best job of scaring everyone out of their wits, and I'm sure you'll agree with that.

ofcourse.... its the best scariest game i've ever played.... as a matter of fact... its the first scariest game i've ever played... the animation is really good... and the concept and the storyline are excellent.... the way the ghosts come and the sequence after is awesome... its really creepy... and it makes my bones jump out of my skin... it is definitly the scariest game till date.
