Here in the U.K. fuel prices are already very high with very high tax, so it looks set to go up even further. Last time oil increased in price there were protests by hauliers and they managed to stop the government raising taxes further - I think it may happen again.

This price increase affects the ordinary person more than the businessman due to the fact that the businessman adds the rise in price to whatever they sell to the ordinary man who is the final consumer. everybody is affected in one way or the other. transport of good one is affected by rise in fuel price. the consumer who is worse hit, the businessman buys, add the cost and profit by which the consumer buys with high price. hope you understand.

hmmm....logically it can be happen. But, firstly they still got the impact because they have to increase the cost of production before selling to the consumer. they a got a big impact even the last people which receive the impact is consumer. consumer is partially impacted but the bussinesman got whole impact.

oh yeah sure. our car eats up a lot of gas, and it sure is a pain going long distances-- i mean a pain in the wallet.
and of course, high prices of fuel also result to increased prices in commodities, because they are also being transported around.
fuel prices really affect the world in every way. it is so sad that prices continue to increase. let us do our share to conserve fuel by doing car pool or riding bikes and walking whenever we can. :-)

As much driving as I do it's going to effect me in a big way. At the gas pump. It's going to give the alread erxpensive store I do my grocery shopping at another excuse to jack up the prices some more. I'm seriously thinking of just getting myself a good horse, lol.
