The weather in our country becomes cooler and cooler, I like stay in bed to read after haveing a wash. But my girlfriend is very angry about that. she said that it is bad to my eyesight. she always says something is bad for my body. In fact, I have a bad health. But I really like reading in bed with a pillow under my back. It is comfortable, right?

I love to read in bed. Sometimes it's hard to find a comfortable position, but generally speaking, I like it. It's relaxing, and if I'm tired I just have to set the book aside and turn out the light to go to sleep.

I don't read in bed with the pillow under my back because it always ends up with me fast asleep xD but sometimes I read in bed, it's a nice thing to do^_^. As for eyesight it's true that when you read with an artificial light on it may get worse, but it doesn't restrict to reading in bed only. But there's no need to panic, belive me;)

There is NOTHING wrong with reading in bed - IF your light is good. In fact, I think I'm about to go read in bed - if the cats will allow it.

I love to read in bed as well till I am very tired. In fact it is a bad habit to read in bed as it will make our eyesight poorer because our eyes would get strained if we read for too long a time.

I agree with you, it is comfortable to read in bed. I have a lamp by my bed and I prop up with pillows. I do not know why this would be any worse for you eyesight than reading in a chair with a lamp for light.

it sure is comfortable, but i have trouble reading in bed, since every time I read in bed, I can't help but feel drowsy and fall asleep. I wish I could pull all-nighters like so many bookworms do and just read books in one sitting, but for the life of me I can't. I have to actually read in a reading chair or any normal comfortable chair
