I've all but given up on Yuwie for all the technical snags I keep running across with it. For starters it is far too slow to do anything with

pyewacket is not the only one that don't use it anymore, I sure don't. Full of BS. you don't make real friends there. It's just money, money, money.

I don't go to Yuwie anymore. But when I was there had a lot of friends. And the chance of some spyware or virus thing being the cause of my computer problems isn't a valid one. Macs run on a different system all together and aren't affected by any of the problems that PC users have, but in one of my most recent discussions about Yuwie, of which I'm surprised you haven't chimed in, many people are having exactly the same problems I'm having

Yes, I've noticed too that Yuwie seems to be down for maintenance quite a bit lately. I enjoy the site myself, but for the friendships made there, not for the money. It's a little aggravating when I can't get on to the site, or the pages stop loading right in the middle because of maintenance or other reasons. But I guess that's what patience is for, right? LOL See ya at Yuwie!

im there mostly for the friendship as well. its fun. and i make sure i dont load my site with thousands of animations and videos. so that it doesnt load hecka slow unlike some profiles.

I joined Yuwie a few months ago, but I never really got into it. I'm more into MyLot. I would go nuts if I logged on to discover that MyLot is down. I joined MyLot about a year ago. I can't believe it's been that long, already.

Like the others have mentioned. Don't fret. It's just down for a seemingly scheduled maintenance. This is necessary with big websites to make sure they have enough bandwidth to support their users and other such things. I'm sure it'll be back up in the near future this evening.

Well when you gain over 200,000 members in in about 3 months there are going to be some technical issues. There was a warning they were going to be down. But they are up again so take advantage of it.
