Non-Denominational Church

Hi, I wish you luck on this decision first of all. I too came from the Church of Christ. It is "my family church." But a little over 8 years ago I attended a church with my then boyfriend, now husband. He went to a non-denominational church. My first visit was very different for me. There were a lot of things I hadnt heard of before. Like the music playing in church. We are still going to this same church and I love it! I cant say how others are, but in our church we play music, piano, guitars, even had drum players there before. Now all our musicians left, and we sing to cd's. I say give it a few visits and see what you think. I am not saying that my church is the only true church out there. And I have heard people from the church of christ, and other denominations also, say that before. I will not do that. But I say that you should visit other churches and see what is best for you and where you feel like God can use you the most.
