I am very interested in watching Olympics. I don't want to miss it. It is a great sports competition from all over the world. That's so exciting to look at it. So sometimes if the time won't match our time zone, I still want to watch it even if it is midnight here. How about you?

I love the Olympics especially the Winter Olympics. I started watching the Winter Olympics in 1976 and The Summer in 1996.One of my favorites was the Nagano games. I remeber being real sad that the games came to an end.I like to see all the athletes from around the world in a different place. Coming together and competing but not hating their opponent. In fact , they sometimes root for their opponent. I remember one Winter Olympics in Norway, during a cross country skiing competition, the winner of the race helped the last skier finish the race. When the skier was at the last lap, the winner was cheering him on until he finished the race. It was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen during the Olympics.

There is more coverage of the Summer games than the Winter? I hadn't noticed.

It is the same here with me as it is to be held in our country for the first time and it is sure to be very exciting to us all. I think that I will be sitting next to the TV watching all the items going on, but I don't think that I will watch it if it is midnight already as I need to have a good rest so that I can be more energetic the following day. hehe

yea.. no second thought on it.. i love watching olympics..though my country does not bring more medals..
I am of the opinion, whether one wins the medal or not, it is the Sports that must be a Winner, though the Sports person loose.
Every sport must be played with true gamesman ship/.
Happy Mylotting, and take care.

I could take or leave most sports on television, but when it comes to the Olympics I make a special point to watch. I don't know which is my favorite, summer or winter olympics. I like speed skating, skiing, gymnastics, luge, the best.

I love watching the Olympics. This year it may be a bit harder to watch live events because of the time difference between where I live and China, but I'm going to try and see my favorite events live. I even watch sports that I don't really like that much. It just seems the when it's Olympic competition it is so much more exciting. And you get to root for your country. What's not to love?

Definitely I won’t miss any chance to watch such a grand occasion. I am glad that the coming Olympics is going to be held in china. As my country has the common zone with Beijing, it will be very convenient for me to watch the events at whatever time I wish and, don’t need to stay late until morning. If the games were to be held in the countries with greatly different time zones, I then would hardly find any suitable time to watch the games. I will definitely never miss the coming open and close ceremonies of the Olympics.

I'm a sports enthusiast, Olympics is the "Grand Daddy" of all sporting events. I love watching them, even delayed broadcast when we still haven't cable tv connection that I can watch these event live.
I'll be looking for sports like pool/billiards, boxing and swimming or synchronized diving.
