Ever heard of Juice Plus?

I am a diabetic, I recently started taking Juice Plus. It is 17 whole grain fruits and vegetables in a vegetarian capsule. So far, I feel great. Better than I did months ago. Well, it has lowered my sugar from 170 to 100 and given me this feeling of "I am woman hear me ROAR!" in the morning. That I like because I used to feel sluggish and now from the moment I wake up I am charged with energy. I am eating healthier now because I am actually craving more fruits and vegetables. I guess its true ..you are what you eat...!Have you ever heard of it?

of course .i am very familiar with it.
there are many products about making juice in super market, for example the RT-market, carrifour, wallmarket , Suning, Dazhong, Guomen, etc.
my mother is a high blood pressure. the doctor tell her to drink as many as juice and aet less meat and suger. so i bought her a machine of making juice.

Because these are ccapsules it is an better concept. The water, sugar and salt are already removed so you are getting all the nutrition in a capsule. Saves you time & money of Juicing everything. That used to stink up my house in the morning. Check it out. Can't hurt. Thanks for the comment/.
