No i dont think fast food is good for health but at the same time i would admit that i do go out to fast food restaurants for taste. Its really the tingling buds for taste that take me to the restaurnats and i do have fast food too. I think eating not too often is just okay and wont harm my health.

If I eat fast food it will be for one of the following
reasons:
I am hungry and lack fundage to eat better, I
am in a great hurry or the kids beg for something
specific from fast food. I agree with you that it is not
a healthy way to eat. They make it to taste good so
people will buy it, but not to be healthy for you. I
think they are trying to do it a little, some of the
ones that have switched to non transfats for frying,
but, the food will still be heaping with fat, and the
other menu items won't be lacking cholesterol.

When you speak about fast food generally I think about McDonald's and it's not good for the healt. There are a lot of studies on that food and they are not healty. You cane at there not a lot of times in a month. In general in a fast food you can find a lot of fried things and eat a lot of fried foods is not good.

I like eating at fast food restaurants once in a while. First reason would be because its fast. At times I get so hungry that the quickest remedy I could think of is a fast food food. Next reason would be that I miss their food. Just simply craving for their unhealthy but delicious food. What keeps calling to me most is their fries. There are just times my taste buds crave for these oily french fries. Why are they unhealthy? Most of them are really oily. If not oily, mayonnaisey. Above all, most of what they serve are fried and anything fried is really not a healthy option.

In general, fast food isn't healthy. It's loaded with fat and cholesterol and all of that. But a little fat and cholesterol won't kill you. Eaten in moderation, fast food can be a part of a healthy lifestyle. There's also the fact that so many fast food restaurants now offer healthy alternatives. Like apple slices in kids meals instead of french fries and low fat milk instead of soda. Then, depending on where you go, there are salads, baked potatoes (as long as you're light on the butter and sour cream), yogurt, fruit options... so you can make stopping at a fast food place a bit more healthy than they used to be, depending on the choices you make. But they'll never really be 100% healthy.
