A friend in need is a friend indeed

a friend who helps when one is in trouble is a real friend. but now i'm afraid to trust on somebody even if this person is my best friend. because i was betraied

as this saying goes it can be true at a point in our lives but if you have been betrayed in the past then i am sure it would be hard for you to trust a friend again millardos

Well someone once told me that TRUST should be earned and not just GIVEN. So I pretty much live by that rule as much as I can. I have been betrayed by close friends too. I don't talk to those people as often as I did when they betrayed me. Don't beat yourself up over it...some people can't be trusted at all. But there are still some good people out there. Keep positive people around. Good Luck
