personality matters a lot?????????

i do think that our personality matters a lot in our society... there are many aspects of our personality which are noticed by the outcomes of our behaviour with others....... i ask mylot users what are the aspects of their personalities?? there are good as well as bad aspects of our behaviour.. so please mention them both and if you are trying to hide the bad aspect let it mention but as no one will surely hide the nice aspect....... please don't give false aspects.. be honest.. my mylot friends must mention it.. up to me the good aspect of my personality is that i try to be much honest with others, it becomes difficult for me to speak lie.. However the major bad aspect of my personality is that i fail to convince others to my point........ others may find some more bad aspects in mt life, but i do think is the major one... what about you?????
