Well, i just dance every morning! hehe.. usually hip hop dance!
The effect? great morning! and more stamina for me! and strong bones and healthy body! just don't overdo it! "Too much is bad enough!" hehe.

i alway do jogging with my girlfriend. we jog about 4KM a day if we are ready to. in fact, i dont like too much exercise. because exercise makes me exhausted. however, i insist it, as it is healthy.
in addition, my gf likes yoga. as yoga makes good shape.

I wish I could exercise everyday. I tried to exercise regularly of at least 3 days a week during lunch time at my company clubhouse, but was not successful due to my work schedule. Most of the time if I exercise, I play sport like tennis to get fit.
I have another set of exercise by walking 10,000 steps a day as my target. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps. On an average, I made about 7,000 steps, and I will walk around the house to make the numbers.

I really need to get a pedometer. Have you found that it motivates you to do the walking or does it get to be a pain? How long have you used it?

Hello Rockyyy and welcome to mylot. I wish I could exercise more but unfortunately I only exercise every two days or so. Right now I am trying to get more exercise into my tight schedule. When I exercise I use my treadmill and run for at least an hour or more, I usually run 2 and a half miles or so.

If I'm lucky I can get about 1 hour of brisk walking in per day. Although, I have to say that I try to walk every day but don't always succeed. In this busy world we so easily get caught up in our busy lives that we don't always "find time" to exercise. This I would like to change.

I like to do a yoga video in the morning to get my body moving. At night I walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I do notice a significant difference if I skip the yoga, as I am stiff and drained of energy. I don't notice if I skip the walking too much, though.

I am a 33 year old woman. I most likey have reumatoid arthritis, though it hasn't been diagnosed for sure yet. That's why I enjoy the Yoga in the mornings to get my body moving. I have noticed a huge improvement in flexibility and pain levels. Of course men can do yoga! There is one video I got that a man was the instructor. It was called "Yoga to Awaken the Chakras" and it was a great one!
