I Cut My Hair

Jaw drop! LOL OMH!!! I would not have the guts to do that. I mean you must be really annoyed by it! Thats the ONLY way I would cut my hair off. Im too scared to do it. My hubby would die if he came home and found me like that. LOL He loves my hair, and frankly, SO DO I!! Its long, its all natural curls and I couldnt part with it. I like your attitude about it, "Dont worry it will grow back". I just dont have the guts! Bay Lay Gray xx

All I can say is you are a brave girl! My hair is down my back also and I've been thinking about cutting it but don't get any further than thinking about it. I know how to cut hair and hate going to hairdressers because they are so expensive but I just can't get up the guts to do it! WTG!!

I bet you look beautiful! My mom told me she had a friend who cut her own hair in high school. Her friend would put her own hair in a ponytail, and then snip it off. What resulted was some beautiful layers. I bet you look even more pretty than you already are.

Oh! You had me really worried for a second...I saw the "So I put my hair in in ponytails and just cut them off." part and pictured ponytails like right next to you head and super short hair! Five inches is no big deal, besides everyone needs a little change once in awhile!

I always change my hair style..I have to change it or it drives me batty..I have actually cut my own hair...Lately I have been going to the salon...I am glad you are happy now...LOL..If my hair is weird then I am not a happy camper..I understand the "really getting on my nerves" part....I hope your hubby is happy too! But as long as you are happy it doesn't matter if anyone else likes it...

Don't cut your hairs in future. Because I like long and health hairs.

well if your husband loves you no matter what you do to your hair he will love it.i had hair down to my waist about 2 months ago and now its above my shoulders and i love it.we all need a change and hair grows back,i am sure your hubby will like it.5 inches isnt that bad,its probaply not that drastic so he should be fine with it.hey as long as you are happy with it and you have to take care of it,then thats all that matters.change is great,i learned that.pattie if you need any hair advice you can ask me,i have been a hairdresser for over 14 years.

One time I was in a real rocky relationship with a guy and I had just given him the boot for like the 16th time (we kept getting back together) and so that time I shaved my head to remind myself that I had a new life. My hair had been down to my waist. The next morning when I woke up and saw all my hair in the trash can I started to cry. But I got over it and my hair grew back, in fact once the trauma was over I really enjoyed the new do! (And if you were wondering, yeah, I got back together with the guy again, but boy was he shocked about my hair!) I'm no longer with that guy, and my hair is currently past my butt. I was going through a phase a while back where everything was annoying me too, especially my hair going in the toilet anytime I went pee, trying to turn over at night and practically having to get out of bed to do it because my hair was under my butt, I came so close to cutting it all off it's amazing that I didn't, but I remembered the tears when I had shaved it and that's what kept me from cutting it. It doesn't sound like your situation is so extreme though and I bet your going to enjoy the freedom of shorter hair!
