Char Keow Teow is a ubiquitous Chinese dish in Malaysia but he Penang variety is truly the most famous.A helping pf 'keow teow' noodles are fried in deep rich black soy sauce and oil together with beansprouts, prawns, cockles, chili and other spices. The wok must be flery hot as the chef skillfully tosses the ingredients up in the air over flaming stove. The results is a sumptuous blend of oilrich goodness that will give you a headache in indulgence.

Hahah, very nice description. I'm from Penang as well. I see you're from Bayan Lepas, I'm from Tanjung Bungah, right at the other end. Yup, and I love Char Koay Teow very much. In fact it's on the top of my list on hawker food. Hi-5 bro!~
