Pet Poisoner in My Area

Indeed,hopefully they will catch the b*****d soon. When I was a kid someone in my neighborhood trapped and or killed the cats in my area--all three of our cats went missing back then. Its always awful when people target other peoples pets. I don't why they do this, don't they realize that some one cares about those pets?

I am really glad that they have him on video. This means they may be able to catch him. This is also when we need to be careful not to leave any antifreeze spills on our driveways. As you have said, our pets enjoy the taste of the chemicals in antifreeze and it is not uncommon for them to get accidentally poisoned as well.

I hope so too. I had a neighbor that use to do that where I use to live. I got so upset when my dog got some antifreeze. He was a good dog. House broken and was hardly even outside.

What the heck kind of a person would do that?! This guy must really hate animals to feel the need to be so cruel. He's either a complete outright a**hole, or he had some bad experience, possibly when younger, dealing with a pet. I hate people who would harm animals in a such a way. If I had a person like this in my area, my pet would stay locked in the house except to go outside on a short leash with me to go to the bathroom. I also despise Michael Vick for the whole pitbull cruelty thing. I saw photos from that, and it's just cruel. I know some breeds of dog have underlying natural dangerous instincts that can come out or may become mean in old age, but in most situations a pet is usually only cruel or dangerous because someone made them that way. I'm no PETA activist, but animal cruelty is just wrong!

wow, they have it on the news there. here in south africa, we have to deal with dog poisening every month. its sickening. we lost 14 dogs in 5 years. crime is a passtime here.

I hate those people who did that kind of sick things. Animals have there own rights to live. You cant hurt them just because they cant fight back like you can. I just feel so bad and angry about that person.

I couldn't agree with you more. Those people are sick human beings, and in my opinion, are just one step away from murdering a person.

There are some really disturbed people around. The amount of animal cruelty around really disallusions me about these people. Are these people mentally ill or just wicked and twisted and with no conscience?

yes and it doesn't even kill the animal it just causes severe brain damage. It has to be some one that is mentally ill as no normal person would do this. If an animal is bothering you you speak to its owner not poison the animal. sick people in this world, no kidding

Ugh, what a horrible thing to do. I have a weak spot for my pets, and I'd probably beat the hell out of anyone I catch trying to hurt them. While I'm sure you already are aware of this, I would suggest that if you or someone you know has pets, bring them inside and don't let them out without supervision. You might want to keep a very vigilant eye on your yard, too, to make sure no suspicious animal treats or toys are there. It's better to be safe than sorry, you know?

Yes, anti-freeze is very sweet tasting to dogs and very dangerous. I hope they catch the guy..

what a sick person and i hope this person pays for all the harm and sickness he has done,those poor innocent animals dont deserve this kind of cruelity,they dont know better what they are licking and its so sad because the sick person that done this does know.poor animals now a days are getting treated so cruel by all these sick people,they need to be punished severly i feel.animals deserve to be loved and treated like us not harmed by any means.i hope the picture on the video gets this guy.

I hope that this idiot is caught and prosecuted to the full extent of the law! I cannot stand people who abuse animals. There is absolutely no excuse for that. I'm so glad that my pet stays inside while I'm gone because who knows what goes on while I'm gone at work.

I sure hope they catch that rotten jerk and give him the punishment he deserves. My daughter's one cat was poisoned this way a few years ago and the vet said it's one of the worse possible deaths there is. The sad thing is this guy thought her cat was ripping up his garden and at the time this allegedly took place the cat was being boarded while we were on vacation. Unfortunately there was nothing we could do about it because there wasn't enough proof, just our suspicions to start with then a neighbor who the guy had told he was going to do it. Annie

People that kill animals are very sick indeed. Hopefully, he will be caught soon and punished.

Hello! What a sick doing it is. I hope they'll catch him and punished big time, put into jail for good. Why would he do such thing? Does he have any hatred towards animals? Psycho!
