clixsense........is it working?

hi iam a member of clixsense.15 days back i joined in it.first 2 days i got 3 to 4 ads to view.and i reffered 6 persons after that till now i didn't get any ads to view.if it is like this then earnign of 10$ will be so difficult.what you say about this?did any one is here who is also a member of clixsense?please give me some tips about cixsense?
