Hi noxliu! looking so smart after loosing the weight but I think one must not be so much concious about all because, if weight is lost by using some medicines, it would really damage the health and so many diseases would be there. Yes, if it is due to excercise and some healthy activities like swimming, game etc then its okay. You are welcome here at mylot!
