Am I dumb for doing this?

I felt in my heart that I needed to fix up a shoe box with pretty material and add some of my little treasures that I had from around my house,plus add a few new things for a lady in need. I don't know this person @all but I feel as though there is someone I'm suppose to give this treasure box too. Am I suppose to give it to the mission,just someone off the street?Do you guy's know of anyone in need, or just needing a lil' pick me up? Surely someone wants my Treasure Box. Help! :o)
