"Fear is an ally. Make friends with fear."
- A Time To Kill by John Grisham
Every individual have something to be afraid of. You might be afraid of heights, snake or afraid of facing fear.
I'm afraid of failing. Most especially when you really have done your best.
I'm afraid of to see my mom cry because of my own doing.
I'm afraid that one day, I'm out of all defense mechanisms I'm utilizing and find myself unable to rationalize and justify my complexities.
I'm afraid of commitment.
I'm afraid of being left behind.
I'm afraid in solitude.
But little by little I'm facing them. And putting up a line of conviction on my head that no matter what happens and I will fight and if I lose, then I have to accept that I am a product of contingencies. If I lose, I wish I cans till track back the logic I have now.
"Fear is a friend. It will help you find your destiny."

They are not fears my friend, they are insecurities and they are insecurities that most of us have to face up to. If you have a phobia that you can relate to an incident when you were younger, there is a guaranteed way of overcoming that phobia. It's called the swish pattern and comes from the techniques of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). Look into it if you have fears you wish to overcome.

Can't say one thing in particular. Fear arises at different times depending on the circumstances. Fear cannot be constant. Yes, there could be certain phobias. But fear in life is never constant. It keeps changing. Right now the only fear I have is not being able to reach my goal.
