herbal it;s better some made in home..some already made in by pharmaceutical companies. I'm alergic to medicine..so i have to be very carefull what i'm taking... if i'm cold i take lemon tea made with fresh lemons or some pills made with goose liver. for headaches i eat greapfruits, and oranges, for pain at my back aloe madee cream and maybe boiled potatoes.. oh for cold also salted bath.. i don't know what else right now.. but sure they r a lot to do.. better than medicine anyway

Thank you for your response. I'll have to tell my mom to try ginger tea. She has been having an awful time with her sinuses for the past few weeks, so maybe this will help!

Yes I use the natural bird nest to treat the coach for my 4 years old kid and it was work just so fine in which he was recover from it after the next two day......I am chinese and as per our believing we always take herbals to heal for most of the illness and I personally think it was the best just that it normally request in regular basis to take effects.

yes herbal remedies always works for me
there r many ayurvadic remedies too which u can prepare in ur house
& there is no side effect at all

When my daughter was in kindergarten headlice was a major problem at her school. When my daughter had gotten it we treated it with the regular lice shampoo and got rid of the lice. A family friend then told us that adding tea tree oil to your shampoo and hair care products would help prevent you from getting head lice. Now I add a few drops to all of my kids hair products and we havn't had lice since, despite many outbreaks at their school.

That's great to hear that it has helped prevent another outbreak! I will definitely have to remember that when we have kids. I would hate to have them come home with lice, so I would definitely be willing to try that to prevent it. Thanks for your response!

Orange: Sweetest medicine. Taking 2 - 4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessen the risk of colon cancer.

Kiwi: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, Vitamin E &fiber. It's Vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

I want to share some of these , they are very effective and have no side effects .
HEADACHE? EAT FISH!
Eat plenty of fish -- fish oil helps prevent headaches.
So does ginger, which reduces inflammation and pain.
HAY FEVER? EAT YOGURT!
Eat lots of yogurt before pollen season.
Also-eat honey from your area (local region) daily.
TO PREVENT STROKE DRINK TEA!
Prevent buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls with regular doses of
tea.
INSOMNIA (CAN'T SLEEP?) HONEY!
Use honey as a tranquilizer and sedative.
ASTHMA? EAT ONIONS!
Eating onions helps ease constriction of bronchial tubes.
ARTHRITIS? EAT FISH, TOO!!
Salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines actually prevent arthritis.

For sore throat I used to drink hot water with lemons and honey in it. It works wonder if you have a sore throat.
