Congrats on the weight loss. I have lost over 100lbs. I still have 60lbs to go. I continue to work on it. As far as your ring you can have it resized when you have lost all your weight. Good luck on your weight loss.

I think the wedding ring should be an easy case to solve because you have solve the hard part of a successful weight loss diet. Congrats and let us know your progress when you lose those last 25kg target!

I am 57 and I weight 75 kgs. When I was young I used to weigh 80 to 85, varying from time to time. Now it is constant for the past 5 years and thanks to the exericses I do. One can extend the stay in this wonderful world by having proper food, proper sleep, proper exercise and clean mind and heart.!! All the best in your endeavours.

can I just say a very big well done to you for losing all this weight. Perhaps you can get your ring adjusted? It doesn't cost too much. Also there is nothing wrong with using a tighter ring to keep the wedding ring on.
