sboxboy, you are NOT really getting your mum perfume again this year are you? After the ribbing you gave her here on myLot you probably owe her a really big Yacht! Oh, wass that redundant? No matter. Wouldn't she rather have a gift certificate so she can choose her own perfume? Oh, no, don't even say what just pooped into your mind. Just put that thought on hold, lol. Here is a thought. Why don't you make up a little book of 6 to 12 coupons and one each one is written something like this: I know I've been a rotten kid, so this coupon is my written promise to cheerfully perform one task at your bidding any time within the next 12 months that you feel it is most needed. When you present me with this coupon I will immediately (well, almost immediately) stop doing whatever I am doing, even if it is myLotting, and rush to your aid, doing whatever you need done without whining. You could sign each "coupon" to make it official. Maybe your mum is different, but I'd rather have a handcrafted useful gift like that than any old bottle of perfume. Of course, you would have to mean it.

I've got one over you! Almost finished here! lol. I start on the 1st of July so that the finances aren't too stretched over christmas!

Merry Christmas, xboxboy. What 'a broth of a boy' you are, xboxboy. You really exhibit your kind and lovely efforts to you parents and sibling. I respect your noble wish for your fulfillment. For me I always a last minute shopper for Christmas, because normally there will be a great cheap sales one day before Christmas in my place and that is the exact time for me to 'truck' home those cheap stuffs. Sounds weird but that is my practical way for Christmas shopping. Better late rather than none.

I am going to start soon. Every year seems to get more difficult to think of things to buy. Sounds like you have some great gift ideas! I have been looking around online trying to get ideas and inspiration.

I haven't started yet, but I have a list ready. I think I'm doing some shopping this weekend with a friend. We're going to a Christmas convention thing and I hope to find a few gifts there.
