I have been dealing with seasonal depression for over 10 years now. I first noticed it when I was 12, and every winter season it returns. Some years are better than others, but none-the-less, it's always there. Anyone want to talk about it?

I know what you mean. Mine usually comes a month or a few weeks before my birthday. It really sucks because instead of planning for a great party or other means of celebrating it, all i do is sulk. I usually stay depressed for 2 months or so and eventually I snap out of it by November. I've been experiencing this for 7 consecutive years.

I dont have it but i know someone who does.. she goes tanning in the tanning salons during winter and stuff just to try to help it out a bit. I was walking through sears the other day, they were selling a light specially made for people with seasonal affective disorder to make it feel like they're in the sun or something because its supposed to help their depression
