We went to see the "Bee Movie" today and even though its a typical children's animated movie, it was full of adult jokes, none of which any child would understand or find funny. I think I laughed more than my son did. I like Seinfield and enjoyed him playing Barry Benson, the main bee character in the movie.
Overall it was ok and funny in bits and as for my husband liking it? well we had to wake him up when it had finished.

I'm trying to decide if I want to see it or not. I probably will cause I love animated movies like that. I almost think they are aimed more a adults than for children because almost all of them have jokes kids wouldn't understand. Ha ha. I'm sure I would like to see it at least once.

We haven't seen it yet. We will wait until it comes out on TV. It looks quite good, but you telling me it has adult jokes, makes me think it would not be the type of movie to take our granddaughter to see. Anyway she is only almost five months old and it might scare her. Better wait until she is four, at least. Ah but telling me that Seinfield played the main character, I might not like it, but my sons, the Seinfield fans probably would.

I haven't seen it yet. I was thinking about taking our daughter to see it. How old is your son? I had a feeling it would have some adult humor in it.

I will wait for it to come out on DVD. I've got it saved in my Blockbuster queue already. I'm not much of a theatre person.

I can't wait to see this movie, my hubby and I even though we are ages 49 and 53, we love the animated movies as much as the kids do, maybe even more. We laugh everytime we watch one. Thank you for sharing your view of the movie, makes me want to see it that much more.

We haven't seen it yet, and honestly I'm not really in that much of a hurry to see it. I like animated movies like that don't get me wrong, the commercials just didn't make it seem all that good!
