Is Really $$ value decrease is effecting Indian IT Industries. And The World So?

Hi in the recent times when compared to last year rupee value is increasing compared with US Dollar. In Oct 2006 the conversion rate for a USD was 46 INR. Now it is 39 Rupees for one USD. This change is affecting lot of Indian software and BPO Industries to loose their margins which are already running with low margins. Is this going to continue for long ?? . If so what will the future of IT industries. Is the same is effecting IT companies in other countries also?? .
