When you walk down a street, you will see many boys and girls who adress in the latest fashion.each time I see this ,I feel shamed by comparison with them. because I never dress up or wear any fashion clothes.I am a little fat,in fact, I can't find clothes fitting me.
But someone told me it's not the key to looking best.you should try your best to learn how to dress up in order to mask your defect.that's enough to make you look good.
Do you think that's enough or I should lose my weight by some ways? maybe you have better advice to my problem?

The key to looking your best is to truely not care. So many new fashions have arisen from a trend setter saying, "I don't care what everyone else is wearing as this is what I want to wear, and G..D... I LOOK GOOD!!"
As long as you are comfortable and feel good about yourself, you truely look your best. Do not stress yourself so much with trying to be a CARBON COPY and just be yourself!!
Have a great day!!

im not into fashion myself! and honestly dont feel ashamed and never compare yourself into anyone. when ur into latest fashion it doesnt necessarily mean you'll look good on it! and if u want to lose weight and it will make u feel good then do it. i believe that when u feel good you look good. wear something that your comfortable with. im slim and it doesnt make me feel good so i try to gain some weight. and if your really very conscious on u look i think u should polish first your self confidence and think always that being sexy doesnt depend on how u look! trust me on this!

What you're feeling is totally normal, if a little insecure. It's perfectly natural while walking down the street to notice what others are wearing, and possibly to feel intimidated or nervous if we don't think what we're wearing matches up to standard. To be honest, what matters is to feel your best however that may be. There's a high chance that the person on the opposite side of the road is watching everyone else with the same thought running through their mind. It isn't worth caring about to the point that it upsets you or makes you feel inferior, though. I think CONFIDENCE is what makes a person look good, and also confidence is that force which can turn someone elses head to look up to them.
With the weight issue, I think it's more important to be healthy. Different people are different sizes, but if you are taking care of your body (exercise, eating healthily) then that is what is most important.
Try not to let others get you down so much as you have no reason to feel ashamed.
xx-storm.

Killer boots would make any outfit fabulous, and even if the clothes doesn't look good on you, your shoes would make up for the flaws.
besides wearing boots gives you the confidence you need to strut your stuff, no matter what kind of stuff you have..hehehe

I feel that you should obviously lose weight not for being fashionable but for yourself. If you are fat there are lot of other health problems. so try to reduce ur weight if you feel that you are over weight. First think about health. Then comes the fashion. Whatever dress you wear, wear it in a proper and neat way. Look clean. Be confident and behave smartly. All this things counts. Take care..

In my opinion, the key is your mentality and yourself.Never judge from appearances, the common saying say!Don't care the other people's viewpoint. The looking your best is the goodness and the humility.Looking your best is that you have beauteous and goodness heart!

Carrying around a lot of excess body weight puts a strain on the heart, the joints, the entire physical structure actually, that's pretty much a fact. But I believe that the most important thing is to feel good about yourself, no matter what your physical condition is. I know that can be pretty hard to do when you've become accustomed to viewing yourself as 'defective' or 'fat'. But if you start focusing on the things you like about yourself and keep focusing on them even when you would rather wallow in critical thoughts about yourself, a lot of things start to happen... you carry yourself differently - with better posture and a more confident stride, which improves your appearance without even changing your wardrobe! Your body is a miracle and is designed to heal itself and find its own balance, and when you stop carrying around heavy negative beliefs about yourself, the body is then free to do it's work without your mind interfering. Plus, you will find that you are less attracted to the behaviors that are in fact a result of a low self-image. And if comparing yourself to others makes you feel bad then don't compare yourself to others! We are all unique with our own talents and abilities... explore your inner world and find out what makes you tick! And have fun doing it!

You don't need to be so frustrated about your weight. Of course the best way is to lose your weight cause then you can have more choices and you can wear many clothes which are not available for you before. The other thing is also important---try to dress to avoid your shortcomings. Learn how to dress and wear makeups to make yourself look better. Hopefully you'll soon get rid of the shameful feeling.
