Thanks very for you help.I mean,i don't understand how to posting,how to discussion under a themes,i have some interest in the themes,but i don't know how to discussion,i con't speak. I can't express in english clearly,i don't know you can understand?

Don't worry about your English. In here, you can practise by writing and read English. English also not my first language, it is my third language. I still use dictionary sometimes, if i don't know how to write. Maybe you can practise in this site : http://www.usingenglish.com Welcome in Mylot. Good luck! Happy Posting......
