Do you like to rate others?

I want to rate them..Well i guess it depends..oin how they respond to some discussions that you post here. But in fairness to others what i do is I wait till they finish answering the discussions before i choose who to rate those good answers to be fair enough. Because sometimes what happens is, you rate the first person who respond to your discussion then others follow with better reviews or better answer so you have to wait then choose.

I have decided I rate everybody and every post. Its a good thing to do. As of now, I am doing it as and when I remember to do. But, from now on I will do it as a compulsory thing to do. It helps other users here and in turn me too

I always wait a few days to give more people a chance to respond to my discussions before I choose a best response so as to be fair as much as possible. I also almost always check the positive for anyone I am responding to and for anyone who responds to my discussions. I dislike rating anyone negative and hope more will cease from doing that to me.
