Good looking is crucial or not?

hmm...not at all...my appearance can never be crucial. Others may say want they wanna say, I'll just let it pass it on my other ear. I won't listen to them. Appearance doesn't really matter for me at all. It's not a big deal. In job a beauty really doesn't play its great role here, not unless you are in a beauty pageant or an actor or actress or a model. What is important in a job is diligence, punctuality, loyalty, intelligence and of course interest for the job. Anyway, pleasing personality that is required by some companies is nothing to worry about as long as you know how to carry yourself. I mean you know what make up that would fit your skin, face and whatever, and what clothes you have to wear.

In my opinion,it depends on ur job which you work at.As a a movie or music star,sure,the look is important.If you work as a teacher or researcher,it isn't necessary for to care your look.
