Do you think having a restaurant business in Paris will click?

I don't live in france nor have I ever been there. That being said, it seems to me, from what I have heard, Paris is a plethora of restaurants, virtualy every taste is available and top notch as well. It seems to me if you open a restaurant in Paris, it should fill a particulat nich or be a high class kind of place, or maybe a classy sidewalk bistro. I would imagine it would take a lot to make a mark in the Paris restaurant scene. I wish you the best of luck and hope someday I get the chance to dine on your cooking. ;)
