See i thought you only got money if you write things but i stopped writing, and i still got paid even after i had stopped writing for a whole day... how does this work? Im really confused now... I'm not arguing that i got money its just a bit confusing as to why they would pay me even if i didnt write anything.

Even if you don't post a discussion for a day, you can earn too. When you posted discussions from the previous days, you can earn when your discussions gather many responses; other people's responses to your discussions add to your earnings as well.

There are several possible explainations for why this happened...
#1 Earnings are based on a "mylot day" which runs from 12:00am US Central time to 11:59pm US Central time. What ever you earned during that time frame is updated around 8:00am-10:00am US Central time. So it is possible that the times you posted overlapped over two "mylot days" so therefore you were paid on to days.
#2 The things you posted gather more responses and views while you were not logged in. Anything that gives mylot traffic will earn a little bit of money.
#3 Earning are never "official" until they are actually paid. It is possible that you weren't paid enough your first day and so the extra was updated on the second day.

It may be, because some of the topics that you would have started somedays back would have got the responses.
What i mean is, you wont earn when you start a topic, but only when some one answers it.
This may be the cause for your increase in earnings.
Happy mylotting. Enjoy Peace Within & Take care my friend.
