What is the real fashion these days?

I'm really fascinated by fashion these days. The dark skinned are dying to have a white skin (leading to the proliferation of skin whitening lotions, etc.) and the white skinned are dying to have theirs tanned. The straight hairs are going to the beauty salons to have their hair curled, while the curly hairs are also going to these beauty salons to have their hair straightened. THe ones with healthy hair are having their hair shaved, while the bald are having hair transplants.
