Heart or Brain

Sometimes I let my brain take over my heart. I have been in-loved once but my brain keep telling me not to feel like it. There are times that I have to think on whether I really am in-love or what. I had the feeling that my brain is blocking the function of my heart. Now I am confused. Which one should I follow? The brain or the heart?

I find your topic very interesting. Because I for one could relate to this matter. I once have let my heart rule over my brain. But it only caused me so much pain :( rach! The principle of insensitive people would always be, "the brain is situated above the heart to rule and not the other way around". Now the question is.. is it really like that in love? Well, it might be depending on the person involved. For me, if you love someone using your brain, it's not love! You're simply loving the idea of being in-love. Just for the sake of having someone like everyone else is expecting. For me, LOVE is simply loving someone without any reason at all.
