people are becoming crazy?

Every day i read in the newspapers bad news.
War, slavery, hunger but above all, massacres in places such as schools or quiet cummunity.
Saturday in a suburb of Rome a man began shooting, killing a person and enjuring may others.
This man had guns and other veapons.
What do you thing about the ban on possesing weapons?
