What do you think about GetRef? Is it worth to try?

I hear a site which is GetRef and you can be a referal some people and than you gain some credits and you can find referal to your program with those credits.
What do you think about this program and is there anybody who get downline using this site?

I've been having a terrible time getting refferrals for this one site, anyone have some suggestions? I've tried posting it in like minded places but it just seems no one is willing to try it out.

Old Buddy Warren Contreras uses GetRef and has always said good things about it. It's one of the programs I'm going to be looking into in the near future when I get a few other projects out of the way first.
The BEST way for me to get traffic and referrals has been to make posts in like-minded - money making forums, etc. Also, writing articles and submitting those to article directories have brought in some traffic as well.
