avatar to mylot

Someone please tell me why it is difficult to download an avatar to my profile. I've done it before and it was a breeze, but can't seem to get this one to download to the mylot site. If you have some suggestions let me know. Thanks.

You shouldn't have any trouble, are you going through the "edit your preferences" on the left and uploading, the only thing I can think of is why you are having trouble is maybe the picture you are trying to upload is too big...if I can do it anyone can do it ..believe me...:) good luck.
