Hi tomcai2007. Im not really into public displays of affection. I prefer kissing privately.

well if they both love each other a lot and cant stand to wait for being alone then maybe then can ... but if i was the one ...then maybe on the cheek coz i love to be as affectionate as i can and never leave an opportunity to show my love that i cant live without her . so maybe yes its ok to kiss in public , but still depends upon the people around you ...do keep that in mind .
