Did you ever buy anything from ebay?

I've been on both sid e of the fence, the buyer where I brought my very 1st laptop(and that is when they were called laptop and not notebooks LOL) and I'm also a seller. I just actually started selling but i love it to. I haven't come across any misleading folks as of yet.

I buy from ebay all the time. I don't buy from sellers who do not have a great rating of 90% or better. I only buy from sellers who have been members for a long time, 3+ years. I also only pay via paypal with buyer protection. I always buy insurance and ask for tracking info, such as delivery confirmation so I was track the item as it makes it's way to me. If I really want something from a seller who does not meet my qualifications, I will use a middleman type service for the transaction. When the seller send them the item first, then I send them money and then the company sends the stuff to the respective people.

i bought many things from ebay but nothing very expensive so far. i really like the fact that you can find anything if you search really good. I've heard about people being cheated but never happened to me. i always check feedback to see how good a seller is. watch the date they joined ebay if they have a store and things like that and then i decide to proceed with my order. You always have to be carefull with these things especially if you plan on buing something that costs a lot. I dont like bidding either cause i think that is where most people get cheated. I prefer bying things with a buy it now option.

I ask my friend to buy at ebay for me because i am not a member... there are a lot of cool stuff to buy there that you will never find in an ordinary store... i was able to buy a laptop cooler, usb, and laptop charger... i did not encounter any problem with the items that i bought... But then again, a friend was able to encounter a fraud... he supposedly bought an $800 laptop but it was never sent to him... so it is still a must that we are carefull especially if the item we are buying cost a lot...

ebay is a very famous and popular site of the auction...but honestly telling I never buyed anything from ebay... but will surely have one experience of buying from this site.

I haven't bought too many things from Ebay since I don't have a lot of spare money to spend, but a few years ago I bought a couple of small items like a cassette of music and I can't remember what else. Then, in the last three years I've bought three different Personal Digital Organizers (PDA's) through Ebay because I really wanted one with a mini-keyboard of a certain type that you just can't easily buy anymore because most of the more modern PDA's don't have one. I've so far been very happy with everything that I've bought on Ebay.

No, I have not tried to buy anything from ebay. I feel, it would be better, safer and cheaper to buy goods from the market,instead of ebay. :):)

I am not a member of ebay..and therefore i have no chances of buying things. But basically i have doubt whether the things purchased online will ever reach us, due to the volume of the scams that or going online. In total, i dont want to take risk, for my hard earned money.

We use eBay a lot in our house. We don't sell but we use it to buy things. We have bought tickets to football games and amusement parks, electronics, bedding, vehicles, kids games. We love eBay!

Yes, I have bought from ebay many times. I buy a lot of stuff for my kids there, it is a lot easier for me to buy online rather go to the store with a 2 year old and a newborn. But every now and then i will look for a book or a hard to find movie, or things that i had when i was a kid, cause 98% of the time it will be on ebay.

i use to sell things on ebay and i have bought some things to i havent had any problems on there everything i have goten has worked just fine heck i won on a bid for this printer i have now i only paid 99 cents for it plus shipping its a all in one printer to has fax copy scan all that stuff i would sell more stuff on there i just have to get back into it again it is a great place i mean you think of it look it up they have it.

Ibecame a member of ebay as a seller and I found it is too cumbersome to sell. So I did not. I did notbuy anything from ebay although they offer million things. I may try this out on a later date. I saw many nice things at ebay but until now never buy anything.I'm not so sure about the prices and how cheap they are.I always thought buy something and the last minute I did.Prices are good but deepens at what country you live.

Of course i bought a usb of quantum companys' two gb one. I think prompt is missing with them delaying but assured with lot of counter checking of proper shipping of item. Really great procedures for boonafide adress and person of consignment. In this i don't think cheating is possible because they are asking with us the shipment number so no body can cross in your e-by deliveries.

It really depends on what you want on ebay. I buy and sell off ebay all the time. I've never had a problem, however I've meet people who have been cheated out of hundreds of dollars. It really depends on the seller in question and the buyer. If you do decide to buy on ebay I would suggest: Always check feedback - even neutral it can tell you a lot about a seller. If your buying internationally pay with paypal. Too many people pay with credit transfer and never ever see the item. At least with paypal you have a chance of getting your money back!

i have bought lots of stuff from ebay,i have gotten a laptop,diamond bracelets,diamond rings,snow plow for hubbys truck etc.i have never had a problem and the prices are great!

I have bought my current Anycall cell phone from ebay. That was the first time that I bought things from ebay. Well,the owner was nice but I forgot the name of the store.In order not to get cheated,I think you should check out about the store and the remarks of other people. If almost everybody gave a good remark to the seller,then maybe you can have a try. Hopefully you'll have a nice experience buying stuff from ebay!
