Has anyone heard of the new album Raising Sand with Robert Plant and Alison Krauss? I like both of them as singers. I want to get this cd later on. It looks and sounds like it will be really good.

that album was epic, it showed the other side or every talented Robert Plant , i loved he sang in that album , they make an amazing duet couple, the best part is that Allison krauss and Plant are discussing about recording another album , i wonder what they will name the album , Raising sand Chapter 2 lol

I actually hadn't heard about this collaboration until a couple of weeks ago. I was watching tv and the video for Gone, Gone, Gone came on. I was shocked and intrigued by the combination of the two of them! I LOVED it!
I immediately went out and got the album! Love it!!!!
Alison Krauss has SUCH a beautiful voice. One of my favorite songs of all time is her version of "When You Say Nothing At All".
And the combination of the two of them is just so wonderfully unexpected. I love it.
