Musharraf declares Emergency!!!!....Who is responsible!!!

The PTV (a government media source) is blaming the courts as well as the private media for the emergency....while a lot of Musharaf's and the Government's actions caused this situation to arrise...according to some sources!!!
In your opinion who is responsible

the musharaf's govt and especially the seat which he holds is responsible for the inforcement of emergency
he do not want to leave his seat that is the major issue because of which he did not want to flourish democracy in this country....

Dictator himself is responsible for his down fall. When all options are closed, he has taken to emergency as last resort. That will make him even more unpopular. In Pakistan, history repeats itself. The people do not know the meaning of democracy and no democratically elected government lasts for more than 1 year. They are inspired by their brotherens in UAE.

i fink yeah right pal!!!...well if people start understanding what democracy is!!!the world's problems will be resolved!!!!!!!!!!!!!....I belive even in America people are not very much sure about what democracy is!!! and how it should behave!!!.....
