Have your ever invested fund , three weeks ago I saw that many of you colleague invest fund , they sai that in this way you can earn more money than saved your money in bank,so I changed some of my spare money into fund.But from now three week ,I earn nothing,the share-list is so bad ,I thin I just miss the best time , but I think I just stay the fund don't turn into money for long time , I would earn more.How do you think?

Yes of course you have to bear the 'floating loss' and just wait until it gaining time. No need for you to 'liquidate' that amount of money as you are in loss level.
But if it goes down some more, I mean at greater value of down fall, better to invest some more. Buying activity commonly done when the selling price is at low level.
