I want a icq number,but i cannot sign in.Who can help me ?

To be an ICQ user, you should download the ICQ client application first. Then you can sign in. And there are a couple of ICQ Client Applications, you can choose one suitable for you.

you should download a icq software, and give a apply, it is easy to have the icq ID. but i don't think the icq is a good software to chat with others. you can take advantage of a MSN ID. it is better than icq. so does the oicq
