its hard to focus on learning guitar when you are forced by some other things that according to norms is much important

Yes, I know how it is when you're starting out. You look at the notes, you count up to see what note it is, you look at your hands and try to get the correct notes and it gets frustrating.
However, once you play enough, reading notes come naturally and it gets so much easier when you practice often.
