Do you know how to tell weather an egg is hard boiled or not? I do. Its pretty easy. Take one of each kind of egg. Spin them on the table, gently stop them with your finger and let go. If the egg stops spining its Hard Boiled. If the egg keeps spining then its a raw egg. Pretty cool huh? I know go to the fridge and get an egg and try it..Ill wait! LOL. Now you never have to guess which egg is which!

lol! thats good, but i have better ways to figure it out! :P
Just by looking at both egg!! YES , i don't need to touch it.. hehe.. Because, hard boiled eggs, do grow by size, and the shell becomes a little broken because of heat inside that is trying to get out..and the color of the egg too change, it becomes more likely gray in color... while the normal egg is more closely to white if its clean.. hehe and its compact!
Hope it helps! hehe.
Try it! hehe.
Good day!

Never mind the fridge, I still have to make a hard boiled egg, I don't have one in the fridge. Ha ha ha. I believe you, The yolk and the egg white in the hard boiled egg are solid, that is why it would stop, while they are liquid in the raw egg, the mass of the liquid inside the egg makes a centrifugal force which will be added to the spinning inertia of the egg that is why it spins more. This may not be true, I am just trying to discover why.

Thats exactly why! The yolk in the raw egg will still be moving when you stop the egg therefore it still spins once you stop it!

If you are a clumbsy person like me, who would spin the raw egg, and have it fall off the counter onto the floor, what you can do is simply pick up the egg and shake it. The raw egg will slosh around a little inside the shell. However the boiled egg will feel solid.

I use to simply put the egg in to cattle of water, and then I use to put on hearth and lit the fire. And stay to boil the water. When water with egg dipped in it starts to boil I wait for about 10 minutes, so as the egg should become hard. After wait of 10 minutes, I remove the cattle from hearth and put the egg in to cool water. I decorticate and then divide it in chips and decorate in a plate to eat. As concerned with your method , I would like to try and practice it
