we do choose our kids name carefully. according to some, it reflect one's personality. so we see to it that it has meaningful and beautiful meaning to us. we tried to get some idea from the bible and then mixed it up with the present trend. like for eg., what's in to day is a combination of 2-3 names. we named our youngest as Joshua Kyle. Isn't it cute? Ü

I chose my children's names according to the meaning of the name. My eldest's name means "Light". My middle's name means "God's gracious gift" and my third child's name means "daughter of wealth"

I have a girl and a boy. With our daughter we had a shortlist and my husband registered her name before we had both completely decided based on a 'final' discussion we had and he thought he was doing the right thing. Dont get me wrong - I do like her name (Emma) but I would have prefered another! Anyway, to cut a long story short, I got to choose my sons name and I only did that the night he was born - I whispered name after name until he opened his eyes and looked at me and thats when I knew! (Adam)

I just heard the names once and wrote them down.
I admite it's a hard thing to choose but you feel it when the name is write.
