What would you serve with Porchetta

I know iots almost the same question but , I have no idea what to make with it except pasta ... I have Pasta and sauce mixes and maybe some Broccolli ... what do you think ???

Italy run in the first as pasta dishnotas contour. You should use vegetables, like peas carrots or broccoli.

Funny I just fininshed cooking carrots and brocolli , but what else would be good , I was thinking potatoes , or do you have a better idea ? Thank-you ...

You can use also use mashed potatoes. I don't know how to make mashed potatoes in canada we add in it a little butter and grated cheese.

Its like a pork tenderloin , but Italian , I`ll be honest I have never had it so I`m guessing LOL LOL LOL... Its myfirst time trying it ... I`ll let you know how it is ....

I live in Rome and near my city a lot of people love to eat porchetta. I think that broccoli are better than the pasta. However, with the porchetta is very good the bread, but you must buy a very good bread. The flavour of porchetta is great with a good bread. I suggest you can eat it with a salad, too, but don't forget the bread.

“Do you have Pasta?” asked a boy “yes I have “replied the shop keeper. “Do you have sugar?” asked the boy “yes I have enough sugar” replied the shop keeper. “Do you have vegetable oil” asked the boy and shopkeeper replied “ yes I have it lot”. “ok” the boy added “Do you have manioc? “ shop keeper replied “ yes manioc is also available” “It means that you have every thing” The boy commented. “Yes sir, I have every thing in my shop” the shop keeper told. “then why do you not kook dumpling” replied the boy and shop keeper was not able to say more than “what????” Lol It was a joke I had read some where but it is useful for you. You should arrange the other things like sugar, oil, minion, and manage to kook the dumpling. Heheehe
